Executive Communication for Professionals Who Refuse to Be Invisible.

Business English teaches fluency. I develop executive communication.

I work with senior professionals who already know their field. The focus is not fluency — it's making your expertise land with clarity, credibility and influence when the stakes are high.

Live coaching + personalised rehearsal

Your coaching continues between sessions.

Working with me gives you more than a live session. You also get access to a personalised online rehearsal environment built around your communication needs, so you can practise, apply and reinforce what you are learning between sessions.

It works from your Communication Signature — your profile, your goals, the dimensions we are developing — and it adapts as those change. Interactive rehearsal of real professional situations, not passive content, so a fifty-minute session becomes a week of targeted practice.

Personalised
Your training is built around your communication profile, professional goals and areas for development.
Rehearse
Practise realistic conversations, meetings, presentations and professional situations whenever you need to.
Track your progress
Your development is tracked over time, so you can see what is improving and where further practice will have the greatest impact.

Your live coaching gives you expert guidance. Your personalised rehearsal gives you the opportunity to put it into practice.

How the rehearsal works

Live coaching sets the direction. Rehearsal carries the work between sessions.

The coaching does not stop when the video call ends. The rehearsal space is where you turn insight into behaviour — with a clear loop from session to session.

01

We agree the focus in your live session

Every coaching session ends with a clear target: a specific behaviour, situation or dimension to practise before we meet again.

02

Your personal rehearsal space is updated

Based on your Communication Signature and that week's goal, I set you targeted practice scenarios, phrasing work and reflection prompts.

03

You practise realistic situations during the week

You rehearse conversations, meetings, presentations and difficult exchanges in a private, interactive environment — whenever your schedule allows.

04

You get structured feedback

Each rehearsal generates clear observations tied to the six dimensions: what landed, what to adjust, and the exact language to try next.

05

We review and advance in the next session

We look at what changed, correct any drift, and set the next focus. The live session and the rehearsal space keep feeding each other.

What changes week to week

The rehearsal is not a fixed course. It evolves as you do, so every practice session is relevant to where you are now.

The three formats

Three ways the work happens — and who each one is for.

Live coaching, personalised rehearsal and structured feedback are one methodology delivered three ways. Most clients use all three; each stands on its own.

Format 01 — Live coaching

Focused live sessions built around the meetings, presentations and conversations actually on your calendar. We work on real material, not textbook scenarios.

The Gap

Capable. Senior. Quietly overlooked.

Highly capable professionals become invisible — not because they lack expertise, but because their communication doesn't yet carry it. You don't need more English. You need language and delivery that match your expertise — so the room hears what you actually know.

Expertise doesn't equal progress. Visibility comes from communication — structured thinking, executive presence, and language that lands when the stakes are real.

I help intelligent professionals become visible.

The Method · Communication Signature

Six dimensions. One clear picture of how you communicate.

Your Communication Signature is a structured, evidence-based view of how your communication currently operates — built from what you actually say in realistic professional situations, not from a personality label.

It answers the only questions that matter: where am I now, what is limiting me, what should I change, how do I practise it, and how will I know I'm improving.

Clarity
Ideas arrive in an order people can follow — the first time, without repetition or backtracking.
Credibility
Language, evidence and delivery that carry the weight of your actual expertise.
Integrity
You say what you mean. Positions hold under scrutiny; nothing is overstated to win a point.
Composure
Pressure, interruption and unexpected questions don't take the authority out of your voice.
Influence
Recommendations move decisions — with senior stakeholders, clients and sceptics.
Adaptability
You adjust register, pace and framing across cultures, seniority and formats without losing yourself.

The framework is used inside the programmes — assessment, development plan and rehearsal are one system, not separate products. We begin with it in your consultation.

Assessment & Personalised Training

My own assessment and training platform — built for this work, not bought in.

Alongside the coaching, I've built a proprietary assessment and personalised training experience. It is part of my methodology — one continuous system from first assessment to live application.

Assessment

Darcy's Communication Assessment

A structured assessment I designed and own — six dimensions, scored from what you actually say in realistic professional situations. Evidence, not impressions.

Your Communication Signature

A clear picture of how you communicate

Your results become your Communication Signature: where you are now, what is limiting you, and the one or two dimensions worth changing first.

Personalised training

Interactive practice between sessions

A private training space built into the practice — targeted development plans, guided rehearsal of the difficult conversations, and phrasing you can use on Monday.

1:1 coaching

Held with a specialist, not left to software

The technology carries the practice between sessions. The judgement, feedback and direction stay with me.

What I Do

Outcomes, not lessons.

Structured speaking in meetings

Say what you mean, in the order people can follow — without losing your authority.

Executive presence and tone

Adjust register, pace, and confidence to match the room.

Persuasive messaging

Shape positions, recommendations and proposals that move decisions.

Client and stakeholder communication

Calmer difficult conversations. Clearer written follow-ups.

Interviews and promotion narratives

Tell the story of your work so seniority is visible from the first answer.

Composure under pressure

Answer the unexpected question, handle interruption, and hold your position without losing authority.

How It Works

One system, six steps.

Assessment, development plan and rehearsal are not separate products. They are one continuous development system, held with discipline.

  1. 01

    Understand where you are

A structured assessment across the six dimensions, plus a direct conversation. Evidence, not impressions.

  2. 02

    Identify what matters most

One or two dimensions carry most of the cost. We name them and leave the rest alone for now.

  3. 03

    Build a targeted development plan

Specific behaviour changes, phrasing and structure — tied to the meetings and decisions actually on your calendar.

  4. 04

    Rehearse the difficult situations

We practise the room you're walking into: the pushback, the panel, the question you'd rather not be asked.

  5. 05

    Apply it in real situations

The work is tested where it counts — live meetings, presentations, negotiations, board conversations.

  6. 06

    Review evidence of progress

We look at what changed and what's next. Visible movement in weeks, not terms.

C-level stakeholder meetings

“Darcy has been instrumental in building my confidence speaking to senior audiences in high-pressure corporate settings. She doesn't just teach technique, she challenges me to think through what I'm actually trying to accomplish and how to land it with C-levels. She simulates the exact situations I face in stakeholder meetings and board presentations, so I'm not practising in a vacuum. That combination of real-world insight and direct coaching has made a tangible difference in how I show up in moments that matter.”

About

I train senior professionals to communicate with the authority their expertise already carries.

Fifteen years across sales floors, the City of London and fifteen countries taught me one thing: the strongest communicators are rarely the most fluent. They are the clearest. I work where language meets psychology and professional ambition — with first-language and highly proficient second-language professionals alike.

Questions

What clients ask before they begin.

Clear answers on the coaching, the personalised rehearsal space, and whether this is the right fit for you.

Your live coaching is supported by a private online training space built around your Communication Signature. After each session, you receive targeted rehearsal scenarios — the meeting, presentation, difficult conversation or stakeholder interaction that is actually on your calendar. You practise interactively, record responses, and review your own phrasing and structure. The work is connected to your next session, so we close the loop between coaching and real-world application.

I coach executive communication — not general English fluency. We work on structured speaking in meetings, executive presence and tone, persuasive messaging, client and stakeholder influence, interview and promotion narratives, and composure under pressure. The focus is on making your expertise land with clarity, credibility and authority when the stakes are high.

Senior professionals who already know their field and want their communication to match. Founders, executives, directors, lawyers, consultants, investors, academics and high-potential leaders. If you are walking into a role, a board, a pitch, a keynote or a career transition, this is designed for you.

Both. I work with first-language English speakers who want sharper executive presence and clearer structure, and with highly proficient non-native speakers whose expertise is already strong but whose English does not yet carry it. The methodology is the same; the emphasis is tailored to what is limiting you personally — whether that is tone, structure, influence, composure or something else.

Only when they are directly blocking your message. This is not a language school approach. We work on the communication behaviours that change outcomes: how you sequence a point, hold your position under pushback, calibrate certainty, and make a recommendation that moves a decision. Grammar is addressed in context, not as a syllabus.

All sessions are live and one-to-one, delivered by video — usually Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The work between sessions is delivered through your personal online training space. Programmes run as weekly memberships (25- or 50-minute sessions), as a structured 12-week Intensive (weekly 50-minute sessions), or as the twice-weekly Strategic Communication Programme (two 50-minute sessions a week for twelve weeks), depending on your situation and the outcome you are preparing for.

We begin with a free 15-minute consultation. You describe what you are walking into; I tell you what I observe, whether this is the right fit, and which programme makes sense. There is no obligation. If we proceed, you choose the programme and payment structure that fits your schedule.

Weekly Express is €260 a month (four 25-minute sessions). Deep Weekly is €520 a month (four 50-minute sessions). The 12-Week Intensive is €1,560, payable in full or in instalments, and includes a baseline assessment, a written development plan, Studio rehearsal scenarios and a reassessment at week twelve. The flagship Strategic Communication Programme runs twice weekly for twelve weeks (24 sessions plus a companion workbook): €3,900 for the C1 Executive Edition and €4,800 for the Advanced Executive Edition, each payable in full or in three monthly payments. Invoices are available for company expensing.

You book each session yourself from my live availability, and you can cancel a session up to 24 hours beforehand. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and unused sessions roll over for one month.

Your next step
